There are many factors to be considered here, including: is solar economically viable in your area, is your property large enough for a solar farm, is your property generally flat and cleared, how close are you to existing grid infrastructure like a substation?   

The ideal solar property differs from region-to-region.  You may want to research if there are solar farms in your area, who is building them and what the real estate profile of these projects are.
